The last evidenced public prerelease uses the historical Toolshape identity and is unsigned. A compatibility-tested Opus Vela installer is not yet published.
Current evidence
A public development prerelease exists, but it is not being relabelled as a signed or stable Opus Vela release. The rename needs clean-install, upgrade, microphone, shortcut, and data-survival evidence first.
Why this route exists
This stable route will become the ordinary-user download path once the verified asset is available. It prevents future website copy from embedding brittle release filenames.
Windows warning
Unsigned development builds may trigger Microsoft SmartScreen. A broad consumer launch remains gated on code signing and a verified update path.
